Grips for Colt

Hi, newcomer here

Ive read everywhere that Anaconda, King Cobra and Trooper mark V should all be the same V frame and accept the same grips. I have a seller with a set of wood badger grips, but he says they will fit only the cobra and anaconda, but not the trooper. Is there something different on the badger grips?

He may mean a MkIII or older Trooper. They have a larger square butt grip frame.

Thats what I thought too, because it clearly states everywhere that the mark iii is not interchangeable I explained specifically to the guy I have a mark V and that all posts have said they will fit, but he still says no. So Im confused.

I would think the MkV should work.

Colt did use the same grip frame on the Mark V series, the King Cobra, and the Anaconda.

Grips are 100% interchangeable between the three models.

That is the general consensus, so I guess Ill buy the grips and hope Thanks all
