I just placed an order with him, and - even though it's not here yet - I had such a great experience I wanted to share it.

I'm not generally shy about sharing bad experiences, so I figure I should talk up the "good guys" too.
First off, he has very reasonable prices. I got a set of hogue g10 grips, and some mecgar mags for less money than if been able to find them anywhere else.
$19.95 for Sig mags was pretty sweet.
Shipping was a flat ~$6 too, so there was no nasty surprise at checkout.
So that was good.
What made it a great buying experience is that when I screwed up my order the first time, and had to call, he was incredibly friendly about the whole thing and got everything straightened out in about 2min.
I was treated like a valued customer, and not at all like a chore.
He wound up voiding the order and I just reordered with the correct grips.
My order was finalized at 12:32, I got a confirmation at 12:35, and a shipment notice at 12:38.
In retrospect, it's a good thing I caught my mistake so fast on the first order or it would have required dealing with a return.
I haven't heard of the his site until today, but I'm certainly going to be buying my mags there in the future, and thought I'd spread the word.
