Great Customer Service!

After a lot of hard use, the green plastic cap on the top of my RCBS impact bullet puller fractured. I contacted RCBS asking where I could buy a new one, and they told me that they were sending a new one to me, no charge.
RCBS has always come through with great service to me.
 
I broke my RCBS puller in a similar fashion and they told me I had to mail it to them to get a replacement. It's still sitting here on the floor somewhere, that was 6 months ago.

Maybe they just don't like it when you send and e-mail and I need to call instead...?
