Was swapping out the grip on my Bushy Shorty today, when I lost the safety detent spring. Checked Brownell's and didn't see the part listed, so I called Bushmaster's 800 Cust. Serv. #. Spoke to a nice guy named "Mark", explaining my problem. He cheerfully offered to mail a replacement part immediately, at no charge.

Good people with whom to do business.
 
I have launched that very same spring before too. Fortunately though, I was able to recover it.
It's nice to know that Bushy takes care of its customers like they do. I am very pleased with my Bushmaster and I am confident they will help me if a problem ever arises. :)
