I am looking at the stainless steel Ruger GP100's with six inch barrels. Is there any difference between the short and full shrouds other than appearance and 3 ounces? Do they both have the same length ejector rods? I appreciate your answers.
Same ejector on all of the GPs. On the 3" bbl., the shroud comes to the muzzle. On the 4" fixed sight guns, there is no extension or underlug. I think you have to get adjustable sights to get the full shroud on a GP(?).
