GP100 grips on Security/Speed Six

Is it possible to interchange those grips? If so, where can one be purchased? If not, what grips give the feel of the GP100 factory grips?

Grips

The Security Six and GP-100 are completely different. The Six has the traditional revolver grip frame whereas the GP-100 has a smaller stud type. Because of the design the GP-100 will take a greater number of grip shapes.

You can still buy grips for the Security Six - if you have an early production model with a serial number starting with 150-xxxx then you are limited, but all the other Security -Sixes are easy to find grips for. Get on E-bay, Auctionarms, Gunsamerica.com all auction sites with gun parts. I picked up some nice wood Herretts for $12. You might also check cdnninvestments.com they have lots of grips.
