well ours is just kindof a something to do hunt in the spring. turkey and black bear seasons open and close on the same days and our bears aren't very active early in the season so it's kindof convenient to go out and set up your bait sights and look for bear signs and just keep a shotgun along and see if you can get something to gobble at you in the meantime so it's not just a wasted trip to the mountains to see if the bears are active yet...
can't argue with turkey strips and french fries while you wait though
