Got my Han Solo Gun..

Well I now have it my Bolo all the numbers match barrel is in great shape a little pitting on the frame and not much under the grips and the grips are dark with age,on the bolt it has a crown over a U but other than that no import mark's.The Mauser address is behind the barrel,tang sight's marked out to 1000.All in all the gun does not looked like it has been used..Price was 408.00..I am happy..
Now if I can find a neat holster like was used in Star War's..Hmm wonder if I can rig it to shoot like in Star War's..
 
Did you get one of those 300 round hi-cap mags which only stick out an inch beneath the gun like Han Solo had?
 
Han's Blaster is actually an energy weapon.
Acording to the Star Wars people, Han's blaster has an illegal modification that let the energy pack from a standard Imperial Blaster Rifle to give the pistol a considerable boost in power and capacity.
 
I performed the same modification on a 1911 using the energy pack from a DeWalt power drill. It had less impressive results than Han Solo's but boy can I frame a house! :)
 
Damn, I only get ten rounds out of my mauser and have to use a stripper clip or clip my thumb when I load it. And the bolt will take a chunk out of my hand with the stock on unless I am very carefull on holding it. It also shoots about 6 inches high at 100 yards but is still fun, need to get my black & decker power pack out and see what we can do then. :) :) :)Take that you federal storm troopers. :) :)

Now Han's blaster mat have been cool but really, did you "see" the mezzle velocity on that thing?

Just don't admire it, get some good ammunition and blast! I have had good luck with Fiochhi ammunution. Hope you have as much fun with yours as I have with mine!

CMOS - its the far end of the heavy/slow arguement... You might see the shot - but it can lift a trooper off his feet!
Not to mention the good penetration it has... perfect for Bantha hunting.

Well I did get a chance to shoot it today,boy was it loud..bought two box's of
7.62x25mm Chinasports 85 grans.and so far shot 5 round's though it and I love the way it feel's in the hand..later going to go out and try for grouping and see how it does with that..now to top it of with a flash hider and scope but I am still haveing a heck of a time finding those energy pack's for a true Han Solo conversion..LOL..
