Michelle and I went to a gun show today, then to a gun store. I did not get an M1 carbine or any other shoulder arms...but I did get a very nice used S&W 617 (6-shot 6" .22 matching my .357 686+). Will test it tomorrow.

Being in a good mood, I also scripted and posted a new web page. Not gun related, mostly flower photos...

Also, I got connected to some WW2 re-enactors (German/US/Russkie) at the show, hope to get pics next Saturday.

My girlfriend (who had graciously joined me for the gun show and subsequent store visit) had inspired me to put up new photos by example. Her newest are at http://dd-b.net/q -- some nice portrait work for a CD cover.
 
NICE. I love the one about halfway down the page where the girl is looking through that gauze or whatever it is--I had to look twice. Neat.
And CR, if you get a chance at another DA .22 revolver drop me a line, OK? I could use one too!
