Gore Says

George Hill

Staff Alumnus
Many of us are excited that Gore is effectively out of the race and has booked the TV time to address the nation.

Gore is a sneaky bastard and to soothsay what Gore will say - Just write down what you think a Criminal Con Artist would say. He will admit he lost the Court Battles - But he will NOT admit he actually lost the election.
He will NOT use the same language he used before about the UNITY and GOOD of the Nation. Gore is going to Salt the Fields as much as possible. We are going to see a very slimmy bastard show his true self... a very bitter and unhappy man.

Listing to the news casts... Makes me sick... All these people saying Bush MUST SHARE the POWER... WTF? SCREW THAT!
I want to see Bush get up there and point at the Gore Camp and Laugh at them - and give them the Finger.

Now... What do you guys think Gore will say?

Gore is going to Salt the Fields

George,
I believe you are 100% correct. Gore will do
exactly as you have described. :(

Hard to predict what that SITG (snake in the grass) will say. You are probably right - he will admit that he lost the court battles but I will be surprized if he admits that he lost the election.

I don't think that he's going to concede. I think he still believes there are votes (ballots) out there for him. I'm not sure what he is going to say tonight. Watch him try to appeal to the UN!! Not believing in the Constitution might persuade one to try something like that...

"We will never know who really won the election..."

Gore is a Ratbastard to the highest degree... He is the only one who has been able to actually make Bill Clintion LOOK GOOD.
I can't wait to hear what this guys says... He's gunna pull a jesse jackson - you watch.
I think he needs to jump on the Luv Boat with Rosie and Baldwin and freakin just leave the country.

"Watch him try to appeal to the UN!!"

Oh Lord, thy servant humbly beseeches Thee, please, oh please have Algore appeal to the UN for salvation in this, his time of shame.

Oh my I would love that so! You'd see millions abandon the Dems in a heartbeat. :D

Failing that, George called it

TV talking heads last night and this morning made me sick. Everyone interviewed seemed to be a liberal and was Soooo disapointed. All they could read was the disenting positions. They also harp on the 5 to 4 decision split. Actually it was 7 to 2 on the main decision to overturn with two of the justices disagreeing on how to fix it.

All the networks could seem to do was try to spin it so they could make it seem BAD. What a bunch of jerks!

"This is a democracy... votes should count... the will of the people... popular vote... partisan court... for the good of the country... not stand in the way... all our supporters... continue to campaign... what is right... legitimacy of the highest... blah, blah, blah... sorry Alec..."

Nuthin' but Sour Grapes!

One thing fer sure

"You can never go home"

Especially when your home state, that you represented in Washington DC for several terms, failed to give you the vote!!

nanny nanny, boo boo!!!

If Gore carried Tennessee, Florida would be moot

Keep dreamin' Al!
You won't be seeing the inside of the white house again unless you take the TOUR!

He won't concede, he will just announce that he is dropping out of the race and then will lecture us for about an hour on what we and the courts did wrong. I would rather watch "The West Wing".

Blah blah blah..."count every vote"...blah blah blah..."will of the people"...blah blah..."working families" (recall homeless person he met during campaign)...blah"..."corporate greed"...blah..."power sharing"(olive branch to Bush)...blah..."God bless America".

Point is, his words are not as important as what Gore and his minions do behind the scenes. Possible scenarios:

1. Pressure electoral college reps to change their vote out of "patriotic duty" and "rule of democracy", meanwhile threatening them with release of dirty personal stuff if they don't go along (dirt collection well underway). They only need 2 or 3 defectors to reverse the election.

If that fails,

2. Stage terrorist violence, which will prompt Slick Willie and Janet to declare martial law and postpone the inauguration. Who knows where that will lead? Could be Klinton's hole shot at a nobel peace prize...added bonus.

If that fails, to monkeywrench Bush's administration, they will:

2. Under freedom of information act, undertake an "unofficial" recount "for the sake of historical accuracy". Led by historians and college professors, find a way to declare the election as "stolen" (create three-word-chant to that effect for Jessie Jackson types). Maybe even march crates full of ballots to the steps of the capitol, on the backs of disenfranchised Haitian-Americans, on Martin Luther King Day. Get the picture?

3. Propose "power sharing" on key legislative committees, "to reflect the will of the people", effectively stalemating Bush reforms, prolonging Klinton policies.

I could go on, but my guess is that the fun has just begun. Democrat philosophy has always been "the end justifies the means". Gore has a history of viciously attacking, and then playing the martyr upon retaliation. The current situation offers many opportunities for deviseness, fanning emotions, and playing the martyr. He won't go back to being a Tennessee tobacco farmer for a few more months, yet.

If he is genuinely finished he will spout sour grapes in some form while trying to appear righteous and stately.

However … if he is still willing to grab power at any cost his speech will be gracious and possibly humble, as would be expected.

If he is gracious … look out for more crap to come because he’s still going for it.

Tonight will tell …

BLUESMAN!!! ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember guys, it ain't over until 12/18. If just 2 electors change sides (that is less than 1% of Bush electors) we have a 269-269 tie. If 3 switch, Gore wins.

I think we will see some incredibly artful obsfuscation. He will give the appearance of doing the right thnig, i.e. conceding, reconciling and reaching out, but all the while never really admitting that he lost, and he will work in the fact that he won the popular vote. I don't think there will be anything terribly bitter or acrimonious, lest he hurt his chances of running in `04, nor can he aford to be seen encouraging or precipitating any sort of massive civil disobedience or disturbances. Algore will do what's best for Algore - he always does. The real nasty stuff will go on behind the scenes, that's the way cowards and criminals work, after all.

I humbly submit that Algore indeed is a broken man. Why, because that has been part of my constant prayer since 7 NOV 00. I (among others, I believe) chose to pray without ceasing for the victory of the LORD'S servant, George. Part of that was the request that HE would curse Algore by honoring the promise made to HIS servant Abraham: "I will bless those who bless thee, and curse him who curses thee...". Remember a certain deal that Algore made with the Russians to sell weapons to the enemies of Israel????

Fear not. The LORD knows how to protect the electors of His servant George. The LORD also knows how to deal with Algore, and Bubba, and HE will do a better job of it than any man made court.:)

I submit that we all need to hit our knees, and thank HIM for the victory!!!

To the non-believers out there, you have just witnessed the Glory of the LORD.

Pray for the protection of Bush electors!!!;)

Popular Vote

I can't believe no one has mentioned the "I won the popular vote" mantra yet. Also look for lots of smiles.
