Well, I was watching the DNC last night, and caught Tommy Lee Jones' speech... The only time he stumbled was at the beginning, when he mentioned a couple of things about him and Algore going shooting or hunting... I suspect that that wasn't in the script on the teleprompter, and that Jones was trying to see what sort of reaction it'd cause...

Coin, he and Algore were roommates their freshman year at Harvard. They're good friends and apparently agree on most issues.
Ya know, Rush Limbaugh was trying to make hay out of this today too--Ohmigod? You mean Algore was using a .....GUN? "Rules are for the rest of us, not liberals" blah blah blah. I don't buy it. TLJ was simply trying to paint Al Gore as a "fellow gun owner" who would not demand extreme gun control. As long as the gun in question were only suitable for gov-approved hunting or plinking at tin cans, you'd still have the right to own it. I don't buy that either, but that's what I think he was trying to do.
