Gore goes out of his way to blatently LIE - AGAIN!

Can you believe this arrogant coitus-stain? Right after he's busted on his lies about how his dog's arthritis medicine is lower priced than his aunt's same arthritis medicine (first, this didn't actually happen; second, the prices of the human and vet medicines are virtually identical), Gore is caught lying red-handed - while speaking to a union group, he says he can still recall the song "look for the union label" [something like that], from WHEN HE WAS A CHILD. But then it was revealed that song was not written until the lying SOB was 27 years old! Is there no whale crap low enough for Gore not to go beneath?

He did not say he heard the song as a child, he said his mother used to sing it to him as a lulabye. Most 27 year old males have their mothers sing them to sleep. I am sure Tipper enjoyed it too.

When NOW chapters think he is a lying piece of bovine exhaust, you know he is in some type of trouble.

I'd like to suggest another way to look at this comment.

Now I KNOW that the little wooden boy is a lying piece of garbage that spent all those years in government because he didn't have the guts to try to make it in the "Real World" like the rest of us, and is a dyed in the wool Socio-fascist to boot.
But I have a simple explanation for this comment as reported in the news:

He was trying to make a cheap joke.

It was a silly an off the cuff comment designed to make the union masses chuckle. To make them think, “Gee that Al Gore is just a regular guy just like me” He didn’t expect anyone to take him seriously, and believe that his “mother” sang that to him as a lullaby. His “mother”?, HA, if any singing was done to him as a child, it was probably by a nanny provided by that big expensive Washington D.C hotel where he grew up while his father was in office. You know, the one with the tobacco farm on the roof.

Just because his behavior is pathological doesn’t mean that everything out of his mouth is meant as a lie, just that everything he says publicly is ment to further his agenda. We need to keep comments like this in perspective lest we look like total fools to the fence sitters.

Feel free to disagree. :)

In my opinion Algore is still a child, and I think he knows it. Besides, even if he knew he was lying, it's really OK. People with his character are expected to lie, even encouraged to lie. This mean 'ol world we live in makes it hard for kind, caring, compassionate, not to mention obviously intellectually superior individuals to get "their" way. I little white lie 15 or 20 times a day just serves to make the debate more "fair". And having like minded individuals control all the major media outlets can in no way be construed as a "bad thing". After all, they are only encouraging the Liberal Democrat to be "honest with themselves", which really means to lie, as it is their nature to lie and twist the truth.

So, what do you say we cut all the liberals some slack, aye? Stop thinking of lying, cheating, stealing, manipulating, and twisting the whole political debate into a cesspool as a bad thing. Rather, think of it as an "Alternative Political Lifestyle". After all, in the mind of a Liberal, the truth only exists as something to disprove with a lie…!

Mordwyn, I think you are mistaken. That would have been a possible rational explanation, but when confronted with this, he didn't say it was a joke (nor did he sound like he was joking when he said it). Instead, one of Gore's people said that he wasn't singing the "look for the union label" song which came out when he was 27; rather that he was singing a different song about unions that came out in 1901. However, the union song that came out in 1901 is a completely different melody from the "look for the union label" song, which he was CLEARLY singing a line from, both the lyrics and melody were the "look for the union label" song, not the other older one. So he's combating silly lies with even more ridiculous lies. He's digging deeper and deeper.

I think he is high from all the dope he smoked in college when he flunk out of grad school.

He is still in LA-LA land.

When I first heard about this story, I chuckled sadly.
Then I heard that it was just a joke from the local flaming liberal radio host. Now, I wasn't too sure about that, but I had to admit it was plausible.

Then I found out that the "joke theory" wasn't the first explanation Gore gave, but only a fallback position after several others had failed to fool anybody! How the hell anyone can take that seriously is beyond me. Yes, it's plausible, but if it were true, it would have been the first explanation, no?
