In the Consitution; Article IV, Section 1,
"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect Thereof."
Section 2.
"The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privleges and Immunities od Citizens in the several States."

Ok now with this in mind.
I propose that Civil Marrages between Gays are now legal in all States. (Move to Vermont, get it done, move back.)

I also propose that CCW licenses are now legal in all other states.

I beleave that these topics are linked. Is the rights granted in one state transferable into another state. If so, then support should be given to the inevitable suit brought against a State that refuses to recognize a Vermont licence.

Please; no arguments based on the "All gun Laws are unconsitutional" basis.

Technically you are correct. Except that you must first prove that to keep and bear arms is an individual right, not a privilage granted by the government. If you can get a SC ruling that RKBA is in fact a Constitutionally protected individual right, then you could begin suing each state that restricts RKBA based on the Constitutionality of their laws. Remeber laws stand until they are challenged.
 
People involved in the same sex Vt marriages will probably be challanging this very thing around the country later this year. Our carry permits would be valid in any state that issues a permit as our drivers licenses and vehicle registration is valid in any state that issues a license or registers vehicles. In state like Mo, Ks, and NM the permits would not be valid because those states do not issue permits. If they didn't provide a license for people to drive you couldn't drive there either.
 
Good point. What Law or Laws provide for drivers' licenses.
