It's a brief quiz (5 minutes or less) to demonstrate to any rational person that gun laws are silly. That may give too much credit to the anti-gun crowd but who knows.

Very clearly leading questions, and the author neglected to include a correct answer to one of the questions. I'm also not certain whether pepper spray is necessarily a "less effective" weapon than a handgun. Less versatile would probably be more accurate.

Other than that, decent quiz.

2. Yes, Oleg's sight has been around awhile, and is a very good and useful tool against the anti's.

3. No, the questions are not leading, technically, I don't think. Questions that are leading are ones which suggest the answer, such as, "You believe in the defendant's innocence, don't you?". Those questions do not suggest the answer. Having said that, the wording of the questions is perhaps a tad biased.
