Prices vay by geographical location - sometimes widely. Here (South Carolina) you can find them for $225.00 or so.

It seems that the 3" round butt config commands quite a premium over the 4" square butt. They were very popular with the constabulary back when the continents were assuming there current shapes, so there is no lack of old PD veterans out there. Like mine. Btw, I think most of the PD trades are 25 bucks either side of $200.

At a gunshop about $250.00, if you can get a good police trade-in direct from the distributor about $200.00.....

I bought one recently in Georgia for $230 out the door from a dealer. Stainless model, with rather small wood grips which suit me and the wife fine. Police trade-in, I would guess, but it hasn't been fired much and is a nice shooter.
