Good news from Remington!!!!!

I called Remington on mon. in regards
to my gas chamber breaking off of my
11-87 police, and was told that a new
barrel would be shipped out that day, and
to send my old barrel and gas chamber
back to them after I recieved the new one.

Hows that for service? :D :D :D

What has your experience been like
with there customer service?
 
Terrible...

maybe they've finally gotten the message and realized that customers were losing faith...hope this is a sign of things to come
