Over the weekend, Sierra Times learned that yet another gun dealer has been raided out west. News organizations are scrambling to get a story that until the time of this writing, no one wanted to talk about - to any news service. As a result, the Sierra Times Ranch Chief made a very important statement while on the road in Texas – Sierra Times

In light of the third known assault of an FFL holder in the last month, I believe it's time to address a grave concern that many people have on their minds, but few dare to publicly speak about.

On a radio program last Thursday, I was preceded by someone who asked, in short, "Why haven't we begun shooting, yet?" Unfortunately, I was thrown into the mix almost immediately - being requested to answer that question.

As I said on that program in response to the gentleman, "Would you like to give the order?" The fact is, no one can realistically give such an order and give it any meaning as well. Where do we draw the line, you ask? Answer: We can't. This has always been the case. But perhaps it's time to "wake up and smell the coffee."

Now, with just the first three paragraphs, there are people getting squeamish about reading the rest of this article. I understand. I feel just as uncomfortable writing it. Although I have no authority to give an order to "go on the offensive," I believe I do have the authority to say that recent evidence has shown that anyone may be targeted next by a federal regime gone out of control.

Old news, right?

Well, apparently it hasn't sunk into the minds of enough Real Americans out there yet. Folks, I am not sounding an alarm bell that has not been ringing for at least the last six months. This is my way of dropping that 6-ton Liberty Bell on your foot.

There will be those conservative groups and news organizations that will attempt to distance themselves from the whole thing, or even say that such is not the case. It is on many of these same news services (including Sierra Times) where you have read the reports (almost one per week) of some pro-constitution individual being picked up, or worse. As Sierra Times monitors such activity across the country, we see no sign of this phenomenon slowing down any time soon. And I dare say that almost none of those in custody expected that it would happen to them.

Well, it can. And if you believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, then it's no longer a matter of "if" it can happen to you, but when. A sidebar for the media outlets and folks who graze this news ranch just to keep an eye on us and criticize: Please don't say that this author is engaging in "conspiracy theories," etc. "Conspiracy" seems to be the favorite word at the Justice Department these days. Jails are being filled
each day with people accused of some sort of conspiracy - meaning, crimes in which there is no victim; crimes that would be protected under the first, second, and fourth amendments as little as eight years ago.

And they don't need a reason anymore, people. By their own words and deeds, they have demonstrated their objectives, and have left a trail of victims that includes even those within the media itself. Still, Sierra Times expects the media to be a mere cheerleading section for the ongoing actions of this "regime" that are abhorrent to almost every fabric of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

If I am incorrect, I ask other media to please use their financial war-chests and wide circulation to explain to the American Public that the following are not reasons for anyone to be concerned:

In just this year, we have seen that a person can kill an unarmed woman holding a baby and be immune from prosecution. We witness persons still in jail for simply trying to keep themselves alive long enough to receive a fair court hearing against an illegal paramilitary assault in 1993. We have seen this government kidnap a child, (I didn't stutter,) and give the excuse that raiding thugs didn't have a "finger on the trigger." We have witnessed this government knowingly attack groups via the Internal Revenue Service, etc., simply for making truthful statements that are contrary to this governments agenda, while allowing and supporting organizations with the exact same status that openly and willfully push the governments political
agenda.

I'm not done.

We have seen this government willfully, by executive order, steal land that has been deemed by Congress as public lands. We have seen this government knowingly destroy natural resources with no accountability whatsoever. We have seen this government openly disobey the laws that we (and they) are expected to uphold. We have heard officials of this government admit that the citizens of this country have no legal right to defend themselves against it, no matter how illegal their tactics may be. We have witnessed this government make blatantly false accusations against innocent people under the cloak of "Judicial immunity." These accusations would fall under the realm of libel, slander, and in some cases, open threats. And finally, we have seen how this regime in power has no concern for the National Security of this nation. It seems to be only concerned with its continuance of power.

Go ahead. Call me a "conspiracy nut case." Just prove me wrong first. And if you think I'm just spouting off, then don't bother reading the rest of this. It's not meant for you.

There is, to put it mildly, no justice left in the Justice Department, and no Treasure left in the Treasury Department. We have a regime in power that by all accounts has determined that the citizens of America cannot be trusted, and are in fact, their enemy. It has shown us in this year alone, that it can and will target anyone it feels is a threat to its own agenda. Constitution and Bill of Rights be damned. And to put it bluntly, we've had enough of this - how about you?

Warning Orders

For you folks who think you and your friends can stop them, I would strongly suggest you get off the jokes about Clinton, her husband, and Janet Reno, and get down to the business of understanding the tactics and operations of your opposition. Do this, or you might as well turn in all your firearms and save everyone the trouble. How can one defend his or her home and family when one does not even know how one will be attacked?

Please do not be put to sleep by Red Lists, Blue Lists, Blue Helmets, or the day Martial Law will declared. For over 2 million Americans, Martial Law has already taken place in their world. Many of them will die before they ever see freedom again.

America, each us of faces the same fate, as proven by this government. If you cannot accept this, understand this, and register this in your mind, body and soul, then you simply cannot and will not comprehend what's going on today. It could happen to anyone, at anytime.

Is America at an awkward stage? Is it too late to work with the system? Is it too early to start shooting the bastards? American, neither Claire Wolfe nor I am wearing your watch. If your Creator cannot give you the answer, then I would strongly suggest looking in the mirror.

In the meantime, there are news organizations available that have been reporting on numerous attacks by this regime over the years. Regardless of how illegal the raid, there will always be a law, an administrative ruling, a policy, or simply a lie that will justify their actions in their own minds. And whatever the excuse, we expect many in the media (even the so-called conservative media) to promulgate the government spin, or simply refuse to cover the subject for fear of being "labeled," or worse, becoming the next victim.

After all, the bottom line IS the bottom line. Yeah, we're in this business, too.

Face it, guys. Whomever they go after next probably did something to deserve it, didn't they?

When (I didn't say "if") they come after you for whatever reason, your lawyer will probably tell you to stay quiet about what happened - that's so you won't make the government mad at you.

They are already mad at you. It's time to get mad at them for a change.

We need your story. Real Americans need your story. I for one, don't care anymore how guilty you might be. The criminals that attacked you will be at someone else's doorstep tomorrow. They have the same excuse, the same authority and the same (or more) firepower. When it happens to you, you will wish there would have been someone there to stop them.

But they won't be there.

Not because they didn't want to, but because they had no idea what was going on, and no idea how to deal with the issue. Why? Because legal counsel tells people to stay quiet, "anything you say can and will be used against you."

But what about what THEY said, and what THEY did? These days, you might be told that you should not disclose this either. After all, it might make you look bad.

It also means that everyone that follows you into incarceration will also have no idea how to deal with whatever comes at him or her. So while you're sitting in jail, wondering what happened to you, and feeling that the whole world's gone to hell because you are an innocent person rotting in there after a traumatic experience (or in rare occasions - out on bail,) the battle you are in is not over for the rest of us. Make a few notes. Tell your family. Have your family tell the story. Talk to your attorney. DEMAND that they get the information out about how you were taken down.

Perhaps that local news agency won't want to hear your side of the story.

We do.

Perhaps that digital news service won't even return a phone call.

We will.

Perhaps the charges against you sound so bad that you think no one wants to know about it.

Let us be the judge of that.

If you can give details about what happened to you, a loved one, a neighbor, a friend, etc., your concise, detailed report could save a life somewhere else someday. If you care about the future of this country, think about what you've just read. There were many in the past that sacrificed a lot so future generations after them could live free. It's time for us to do the same.

No one can say when or where to draw the line, but if you do, wouldn't you rather those that follow you not have to fight blind?

This is serious, people. Don't think that simply having a gun will save you. This country has more arms per person than before the start of the War under Lincoln. Yet firearms (and their owners) are being taken out of circulation at an unprecedented rate. And it's not just the guns they are after either. It's the tired, the poor, and the huddled masses yearning to breathe free.

This article has reminded me of the statement that "I will cooperate with a warrant peacefully submitted but will not give up my guns". The end result of an arrest is being at the mercy of the arresting individuals and their agency...worse than merely unarmed, you'd be unarmed and confined.

In other times and places, we have seen what comes from people submitting to incarceration in hopes that "it will all be cleared up when Comrade Stalin hears about this". Of course, just resolving to not be taken into custody is hard to make work...if someone were to get a drop on me now, no amount of badass intentions would keep me from dying or getting caught.

If responding to an attack, the defender would end up destroying a few "soldier ants" yet leave the maw unharmed and free to repeat the effort with equally expendable subordinates. All that works to having to take the offensive and no sane person wants to initiate a fight. That is why politicians like to place soldiers into situations where, rather than fight for cheap oil or whatever, they fight for their lives, other choices being worse. Yet for individuals, the only hope of survival is to have the initiative...and that assumes having little to lose or being insane. Since it is hard to know when we truly have little to lose, hmmmm...any ideas?

Nikita Khrushchev predicted confidently in a speech in Bucharest, Rumania on June 19, 1962 that: " The United States will eventually fly the Communist Red Flag...the American people will hoist it themselves."

That's a damn inspiring aricle. It clearly shows the futility of cooperating with a warrant. Either way, you're hurtin'.

There are two types of men: those with guns, and those at their mercy.

Often others attempt to dissuade me from protesting this or that. A gun buyback, the MMM, an anti-gun meeting by the city counsel.

They tell me not to because they will make us look foolish. The press won't show up for our march. Our side of the story will be omitted or perverted.

We don't do it for the press or the mass of sleeping citizens. We do it for us.
