I have that rifle also in .22-250. After shooting it a bit, I switched to a Timney trigger and then added a Bell and Carlson Medalist stock to replace the factory tupperware. That got me about 0.15 inches improvement in accuracy.
None of the loads mentioned below are near max loads but nevertheless, I would advise that you use caution if you intend to try any of them. It is good practice to work up to any load when using a new powder, primer, and/or a new bullet.
I've tried Varget, H380, H4895, and Reloader 15 in my Remington 700 but the top 10 loads all were achieved with Reloader 15. I think the 26 inch barrel on my rifle seems to shoot more accurately with the slower burn of Reloader 15 over the others.
After shooting lots of hand loads (458 measured groups), I find that my rifle really likes Berger #22410 55 grain bullets with 34.9 grains of Reloader-15 (nominal 3600 fps) at 2.355 C.A.O.L to an average of 0.360 at 100 yards. I also found another node using the same load at 2.370 overall length with an average of 0.416.
It also shoots Sierra # 1410 SMK 52 grain bullets with Reloader 15 at 2.355 overall length at an average of 0.438 and Sierra #1345 55 grain Spitzer Blitz bullets at 34.2 grains of R-15 (nominal 3500 fps) at an average of 0.453.
The Spitzer Biltz bullets seem to work best at a slightly lower velocity than most other bullets of the same weight.
It also shoots Sierra @ 1385 40 grain Hollow Points using 37.3 grains of Reloader-15 (nominal 3950 fps) at 2.355 overall length to an average of 0.469.
I hope this helps.
