Golden State Armory Model 123 part needed

Good morning. I have a Golden State Arms Centurion Model 123 30-06 that belonged to my grandad and was left to my father and now has been passed along to my nephew for his 18th birthday. I did the restoration work on the gun and it turned out beautiful, but the safety mechanism wasn’t working properly, so I sent it off to a gunsmith. Unfortunately, he broke the lower “floor plate” in the process, and in his effort to repair it, he totally botched it.

I am desperate to find a gun or this specific part to try to repair this before giving it back to my nephew. Any help or advice would be so greatly appreciated.
 
Golden State often used military surplus actions or cast replicas of military actions. A photo will show what action it had, and what parts could be used to repair it can be determined from there. Please post a photo.
