Golden Sabers in Glock 30

Will the Golden Saber 230 gr ammo for G30 perform well? It has been suggested to me that I should go with the 185 +P for a shorter barreled Glock. And can anyone give me ballistics info for these rounds from a shorter barreled gun?
Also, how does the Golden Saber perform compared to the HydraShoks?
 
The Rem 185gr +P GS chorno'ed roughly 1000FPS at the muzzle out of my G30 as compared to the Fed 230gr HS at roughly 830FPS muzzle. The HS are softer shooting and have less blast than the Rem GS.
