They work great! Just remember, these are unsupported chambers. Minimum start loads only, use new brass only and don't use the brass more than five (5) times. Also, inspect the barrel every 50 to 100 rounds for leading.
I have an idea for you: Replace your stock Glock barrel with an aftermarket barrel using conventional, not polygonal, rifling. Then you can shoot lead safely.
The Glock manual specifically warns against shooting ANY lead projectile.
