Glock trigger

I am looking for the best use of my money on a trigger for my gen 4 g34. I do not plan to use this gun as a defensive gun, Primarily a fun range gun and occasional use for competitive shooting. I have a ghost pro 3.3 trigger kit on it now and though I shoot it well I had a light strike that I wasn't happy about and it almost feels mushy. I have a g19.3 that all I've done is polish the trigger and add a lone wolf connector and I prefer it over my g34 trigger. I have looked into agency arms and zev I have heard the zev has had some issues functioning, and heard nothing but good about the agency arms drop in. I like a very positive reset and a clean break. Any word on the new apex trigger for glock? thoughts? Am I leaving out any really good options? Also anyone have any experience with occustom triggers that blows up instagram all the time?

I'd recommend the zev ultimate fulcrum. I've gone round on this battle too and have had my finger tips on an agency, zev, and ghost. The zev is still my favorite. I guess it's personal preference to some degree but I have had 3 thousand rounds each through two of my zev trigger with no issues.

Cool - I was just thinking of a G34 for my next gun - hope you like yours.

I just ordered a ZEV Industries race connector and safety plunger from them. Just slight mod to a G20 that I am turning into a G21. And also a 6lb trigger spring, but leaving the firing pin spring stock. I will let you know how it goes next week when I install all the parts.

I know it is not the full 150.00 trigger that they sell, but hope it will be a bit smoother. We will see.

OP, if you are new to Glocks, then sights are your best investment before a trigger (short of a 3.5lb connector). Any reduction in spring force will be subject to light strikes, so unless you reload using Federal primers, that's what you get. There is nothing wrong with a Zev, especially if installed by a Glock gunsmith. The problems I see are with owner adjustments. Truth is you will never get a Glock trigger to be a short reset 1.5 lb 1911 trigger. The only way to get used to a Glock trigger is to pull it about 50,000 times and it will seem normal. My oldest 2 pin G17 has over 180,000 rounds thru it, only a 3.5 lb OEM connector and 6 lb firing pin spring. If you are serious about shooting competition, then spend the money on shooting lessons from a USPSA Grand Master instead of buying a Zev.

I have an Agency Arms trigger in my Glock. I've tried several others, and nothing has come close to how much I love this trigger on my Glock. It's my carry weapon and I have it coupled up with a polished minus connector. This thing is a laser. Stock spring all around. I'm at 4lbs. But the flat faced and flat angled trigger is amazing. I'd say go for Agency Arms!

Nice. Did you just do trigger?

I looked at their slides too and look similar to Lone Wolf slides as I am considering a custom build g34 or maybe MOS Stock G34/41. Just want a red dot attachment plate.

ok, just got my parts and installed. Don't have a range near, so this is just dry fire.

Did notice a little improvement in the take-up, but not much. Still better than my completely stock G21c. (See below for build data) My goal was just slight improvement, not a race gun. That will be next!

Build:
Replaced/refurbished (new) G20 frame with all stock componants from Glock - 100.00
Lone Wolf s.s. .45 barrel - had on hand 0.00
Glock brand new take-off G21 fully built slide - online 300.00 or so w/ shipping

ZEV safety gold titanium plunger and lightened spring - 25.00 or so including shipping
ZEV 6lb trigger spring

Did not get connector yet. Deciding on Glock (-) or ZEV race. Might just do another ZEV order with connector and titanium pins to finish this build off as is not entirely stock as is my G21c - left that stock.

BTW - this gun looks and feels awesome.

maybe MOS Stock G34/41. Just want a red dot attachment plate.

I went and got both a G34mos and a G19mos and reddotted em both. I would advise against the MOS system if you have any plans to run the gun hard. Small screws hold the plate to the gun and small screws hold the dot to the plate. NOT a great system AND ive already broken one of the plates. Snapped it in half right at the screw holes.

Ive sent in my G19 gen 3 slide to be milled. MUCH more robust install. The G19mos will go up for sale once i get the milled slide back
