Glock talk made me hungry- so I bought one.

I got curious about all the fuss being made over this black box tupperware stuff and started looking around a bit - and dammit if I didn't lose control tonight and put one on layaway. Picked up a used (looks unfired) G32 (.357 Sig) with Trij night sights, and a Lasermax laser for under $600. Only came with one low cap mag though, so I'll be looking to remedy that. Anyone know where I can get a high cap mag or two? Now to break the news to my wife.........ohhh crap.

Pick up a few of the .40 magazines from any of the vendors plying their trade in the classifieds of TFL, or GlockTalk.
Also, be warned that Wild Pomeranian will immediately pounce on your uninformed, ignorant, decision to purchase one of the finest handguns in the world.

Wild Pomeranian

Hehe..you are killing me....:D

Good for you. I love the Glocks these days. It's hard to think that there was a day that I swore I would never own one of those ugly pistols, but since then they have rapidly become one of my favorites.

hehe..still snickering about the Wild Pomeranian...:D

Welcome to the Dark Side my son. You will now swear allegiance to Lord Gaston. Just as I have prophesied.

I hope you like your new gun. I know I love my glock 30 so I am sure you will. I also am getting a Glock 20 to play with and modify. I have found that you can do a lot of stuff to Glocks. If you are into that you should check out http://www.glockmeister.com.

Oh yeah, good luck with your wife... you will need it.

Looks like you got a pretty good deal on your new/like new Glock. I welcome you also to "The Dark Side" and to the world of the Fantastic Plastic.

As far as the wife goes ~ Hmmmmmm ~ If she is into guns get her a new Glock :D if not try some new shoes. My Ol'Lady get's mad at me and she goes out and buys two or three pairs of new shoes  . I don't know why but the shoes do the trick.

Good Luck With The Wife, 44 Dan

I may have to offer a sacrifice to the Gods in order to keep this one....and my wife. It will be a tough decision...but I would probably miss her (the wife that is). Anyone need a 99.9% LH Rem 700 BDL? :o

I don't think the God's would appreciate her "need to lead" either. She did buy me lunch today, and I explained once again that this would be the last gun that I'd need for a long. long, time. So I think the Remington is safe for awhile. Oh Yeah baby!

Today I played with .40 and a 9mm Glock but I still felt no urge to buy one. Looks unfinished compared to "other" (how diplomatic :)) poly frame designs and the action is like a slice of sticky cheese... :barf:

The only model that looks slightly more tempting for me is the G26...

Hmmmm ....laser guided sig cheese whiz. Unfortunately I won't get to shoot this thing for at least a month, but the action and trigger felt pretty smooth to me.

Cool Beans! Congrats on the new Glock.
I enjoy mine I'm sure you will yours. I think nearly everbody since 1985 who owns one had to come to terms with them before they could go out and get one. My accepting the Glock came after 2 years of working in an indoor gun range. At first I didn't really care for 'em but man they are insidious, they get 'cha.

Great Gun...Great Round!

I never worry about used Glocks...not much to go wrong.

It (G32)came out AFTER the hicap ban so you have to use .40 mags to get the extra rounds....unless you are a LEO

I have heard mixed reports on how well that works!

I use a few of the mags from my G35 in my G33. They worked great. The only time I had a problem was when I tried to stuff in that extra round of .357 sig. that will fit in those mags. I will fit but wouldn't feed very well. ST

Once you sleep with the pod, you're one of us.

The Wild Pomeranian is getting sleepy... sleepy... sleeeeeeeepppyyyyyyyy.....
