Glock Question

As I am the new owner of a Glock 27, I was considering buying the .357 barrel for it. Must I also buy new mags for the .357 cartridge or will they work in the same mag?
Thanks in advance :)

The first 40/357 mags were identical except for the markings. Then they changed the interior of the 357 mag tubes. Then they changed the 40s to match. The newest ones are the same again, though still marked different. The very newest 10 rounders load to 10 easier and insert in the grip easier too. Lottsa luck figuring out which ya got.

Some people have trouble w 357 in older 40 hicaps, some don't. Cross your fingers. :)

So do you buy the barrel from Glock/Glock dealer? Any idea how much it costs? I've been thinking about a 23.
