Thought I would share in case anyone else reloads 6" barrel 10mm Glocks:
As to be expected the G40 Glock 10mm shoots higher than book velocities.
This load data was worked up and max loads should not be tried without careful progression.
Glock G40 10mm - New Winchester brass - Berry's 180gr. FP and Hornady JHP
COL=1.255 roll crimped. CCI 300 primer Alliant Blue Dot powder
9.4 gr. - 1180 fps avg - 15 rounds - 2.5" group at 10 yds.
9.5 gr. - 1185 fps avg - 55 rounds - 2.5" group my favorite target load
9.6 gr. - 1195 fps avg - 15 rounds - 2.75" group
9.8 gr. - 1247 fps avg - 15 rounds - 4" group
10.0 grJHP. - 1269 fps avg - 15 rounds - 4" group my new max range load
10.2 grJHP. - 1316 fps avg - 14 rounds - 4.5" group my new defense load
10.4 grJHP. - 1364 fps avg - 15 rounds - 5" group no pressure signs - max book load.
