On mine (20) there is a small hex head screw in the underneath of the slide - you'll need a tool from Brawnells to change it correctly or a very small socket set.

See the Glock armorer's manual (http://stevespages.com/pdf/glock_armorers_manual_update.pdf) - the front night sight should be both glued and staked in place.
