Glock cleaning kit

I bought a cleaning kit designed especially for Glocks. It came with some odd stuff. MP7 Gun Cleaner, not bad, but can't touch Hoppe's. Copper based lubricant, can I use this in oher guns? TW25B, supposed to be a military tested long lasting lubricant stuff comes out a little watery.
Anyone ever used any of this stuff?

David:

1. The M Pro 7 is great stuff. Stick with it. You will find susequent cleanings easier. (I'm assuming you are NOT shooting non-jacketed lead ammo. M Pro 7 isn't a lead solvent, and Glocks aren't designed to shoot lead ammo anyway).

2. The copper based grease is an anti-seize paste that comes on the slides of new Glocks. Not really needed for maintenance lube. You may have wasted a couple of bucks on this one.

3. The TW25B is GREAT stuff, but you have to shake the tube periodically because the ingredients tend to separate and thus the watery consistency. It is good for the slide rails (although Glock says use oil) but the prime application is for the trigger connector.

25 does not separate. thats a misconception. it does have a lil whats called PHASING. thats like a sweat. squeeze it off once. thats it.

25 is like a living thing. it actually gets better with age, and with every round fired. true.

CLP and Hoppe's

Been using CLP and Hoppe's without a single problem. Glock recommends CLP to clean and lube. Use the Hoppe's 9, an old toothrbush, a brass brush for the bore, some cotton swabs and bore patches and you're good to go. :)

You guys are killing me, Glocks weren't made to be cleaned were they?

I thought all you had to do was throw them in the dishwasher fully assembled. That's what I have been doing for years on both my 23 and 35.

hehehe;)
