Glock 37

While goofing at the range the other day I rented a Glock 36. I then compared it to my 26. The slides are the same width at 25mm. The grip on my 26 is 30mm wide, just as the specs say. It would be easy for Glock to make a more narrow frame and still keep the same slide as they currently have. I would think making the grip a tad longer than the 26 in order to eliminate the need for all those stupid extensions and allow for 2 extra rounds or so would be the ticket, or even keeping the gun the same height as the 26. The 36's thin grip is just way comfortable.

Forgive me for being "behind the times", but what caliber and frame size is the Glock 37? Last time I looked, I only remember Glock models up to the 36. Did they add a new model already?

CZ, there is alot of conjecture as to what the next Glock model will be i.e. the"37". Two schools of thought prevail. Those that anticipate a large frame .45, but slim or single stack, and those that want a single stack 9mm for ccw applications. At this point, it is anyone's guess.

Hopefully, the 37 will be a Kahr sized 9,40,357sig! Oh, and keep the short grip. I like the standard flush mount mags. Just curl you pinky under the mag.;) .You would still have the option for the pierce and scherer`s.
Oh, and with glocks reliability:D

I would rather see the 37 be a practical/tactical double stack 10mm and the 38 be a practical/tactical double stack .45

Just my opinion though....
