Glock 36

I saw one at Bernie's today.

I hadn't searched out the specs, didn't realize it was only 6+1 capacity. I didn't like it enough to want one, but it looked nice enough. I suspect my lack of enthusiasm is because I have other items that fill similar niches.

I almost impulse bought a G21 earlier this year. I think I still will get one later this year, to fill the "something that shoots .45 ACP" hole in my collection. :)

For me, the G36 isn't the right answer.

Fired a G36(range rental) at the range today.
We (ROs)collected all the worst .45 ammo and left-overs we could find. No failures to function or fire.

Using Federal and Winchester we shot for target accuracy from 30-50 ft. All rounds went into an area about the size of a double fist; not nearly as accurate as the G30s we have.

Grip left me luke-warm; I like the G19/23/32 size feel better. Small hands will like this G36, I think.

Overall, I will wait. I am not sure I will ever need this model given the size and capacity of the G26/27/33.

Oh well...

OTOH, It is way too concealable for the likes of Clinton. I'm sure he would like a 6 round limit with a size limit like a Mk 23!
