Glock 36 mods

Did a few mods to my 36. The biggest issue I had after about 500 rounds with zero malfunctions was my second finger knuckle would get sore. This would even happen when handling the gun, dryfiring etc. Well, I got a little squirrley with the dremel tool. Relax, it broke me out in cold sweat for an hour or two while I contemplated it. Anyway, I gingerly broke the edge at the rear of the trigger guard. Nothing too drastic, still looks factory, but it eliminates the rubbing very efficiently. Secondly, I smoothed over the finger grooves very subtley. The grooves are still there just "softer". I also removed the "lip" from the bottom of the magazine on one of my spares. These mods really improved the grip. I also added an extended mag release, which I shortend a little and removed those sharp grooves and rounded it. Next, I put on a factory extended slide stop. I also smoothed the trigger face so it is like a factory 21 trigger. I have a Heine fixed rear sight and a Hi Viz fiber optic front.

Here is a few things I did with my 36 and I love it even more. I polished the feed ramp mirror smooth, then I put on the decal rubber stick on grips. What I did was instead of using the decals for the slide, I used the larger decal on the thumb rest area and the smaller decal on the front of the magazine. The rest of the decals were placed where they should be. The grip feels great and the gun looks so cool, what a difference in grip including the baby finger with the decal on the front part of the magazine is located. I have trijicon night sights on my gun and that's it. The decal grips really made a big difference especially in the thumb rest area. For eight bucks I thought I would try them and I'm glad I did.
