Is it true that you can get a .40 S&W barrell, a 9mm Barrell, and a .22 conversion all for the G32 (.357 Sig) without messing with the gun itself?

You can go 40/357/9 OK. Don't expect reliability to bet your life on w the 9 though.
Don't know of any 22 conversions for the 19/23/32 frame, just the G17.

both Advantage Arms and Ciener make a .22 kit for the 19/23/32 sized frames. i'm thinking of getting an AA kit for my G19 some day.
yes you can buy a factory .40 barrel and it should work reliably. several after market barrel manufacturers make a 9mm conversion barrel for the G32. as BrokenArrow said i wouldn't trust the 9mm conversion barrel though.

Well, I've already told my friens that the other barrels wouldn't be a "carry" deal, but more for practice or gaming.

Thanks; just saw the ad in SGN.
You can trust swpping the 40 in 357, or the 357 in 40 for carry in the G23/32.
