This is a fine choice. I have one with MCC night sights, and it's a great gun.
There are of course many other fine possibilities as well, but if you want light, dependable, and simple with stopping power, this clearly fits the bill.
If stopping power and lightweight are your aims, you couldn't do any better than a G31 !
Make sure to get the factory night sights and remember that with 357 Sig it's very important to not continually rechamber the same round again and again, due to the change in the cartridges dimensions.
email me if you want a mail order dealer with great Glock prices I paid $470 (with Trijicon night sights) + shipping.
i can't think of a better gun for those requirments. IMNSHO the .357sig in most cases even out performs the .45 for stopping power. it will reliably expand in more cases and under more conditions. and the g31 is a great gun. i want one myself and hope to get one soon.
I got a 31 myself ,it is a great gun! It is my first Glock and so far im impressed with it .I like it a lot.One more thing is you can buy a seperate barrel in .40 and shoot .40`s in it also .
