Glock 29 Question...

I was wondering, will g23 mags fit and if so can I also fire 40 cal and 357 sig from the G29?

G23 magazines do not fit the G29, they're smaller in diameter.

Can you fire .40 auto and .357SIG from a G29? Yes... with the appropriate aftermarket barrel using regular G29 magazines.

Yup...www.lonewolfdist.com has conversion barrels.
And as above, use G29/20 mags. Mine works fine.

The 29 actually really intrigues me and believe or not, it is not for the 10mm. I am really interested in getting a .357 Sig barrel for one. I'd love to see how this round feels out of the 29/30 frame. I have a 32 and a 35 with a KKM .357 Sig barrel already.

What have your experiences been with this setup? I got a response over at Glocktalk that he though along my lines but he had trouble with jams etc with the aftermarket Sig barrel.

Would I be better off w/ a 30, ported barrel and a 22# recoil spring and shoot 45 super?

Good luck finding .45 Super anymore. My fave shoppe doesn't even carry it and they stock .40 Super, .400 Corbon, 9x23, and other semi-rarities.
