Ok, first forgive my not knowing the proper terms. I just bought a glock 26 and I have a question. With the slide locked back there is a metal bar that shows from the back that I think rests on the firing pin safety. It is angled slightly right. On my other gun (xd) it is straight. I was wondering if this is normal or if it's bent. I know I could go to the gun shop and look at another one but thought y'all might be able to save me a trip! Thanks!!

I may be wrong, but I think you are looking at the ejector.

When the gun is fired, the slide goes back to the rear and the extractor pulls the fired brass out.

The fired brass contacts the ejector that causes the brass to be thrown to the side.

I have a G30 in hand, and mine is angled to the right also. I don't think you have a problem.
