Glock 23 w/pre-ban mags and nights sights ?

A buddy is wanting to sell his Glock 23 with 3 pre-ban magazines and a set of night sight already on the gun. What would be a fair price in the People Republic of New Jersey. And would he be better off buying 2 post-ban mags to sell with the gun and selling the pre-ban 13 rounders to someone else. Thanks for you help once again.
 
The high caps may not make the gun worth much more, but they will make it easier to sell. Here in NM, a used Glock goes for around $400 no matter what configuration.
 
I think he would be able to get more moeny if he sold the hicaps separate. I'm probably not the only moron out there who will(has) pay (paid) $100 a piece for those things.
 
I got my factory refurb G23 with night sights and two pre-ban (factory, NDF) mags from Targetmaster's, in Chadds Ford, PA (http://www.targetmaster.com) for $459. That isn't far from NJ, but it really depends on which part of Jersey is concerned.
