glock 19. It's a little thinner than the others (I think) and it's edges are less likely to snag.
 
I vote for the P99, though the Glock 19 (I like the 23 better, actually) is a close second. The USPc is a great gun, but I just like the others better, and the 229 is heavy in comparison.
 
With me, it's a toss up between the G19 and the P99. I own both. I carry the P99 more than I do the G19 because of the interchangable grips. It just feels better in my hand!!! :D
 
Having owned three of your four choices (P99, Glock 19 and 229) my opinion would be the Glock. I carried the 229 for over a year but found it too heavy for all day carry. The P99 and the Glock are about equal in weight, but I just never got used to the trigger on the P99. The Glock's low weight, simple manual of arms, accuracy and high mag capacity make it a great choice for concealed carry.

I wouldn't go so far as to say the G19 is much lighter than the H&k of the P99. The Glock weighs about 21.0 oz., and the H&K 22.75 oz. I guess if 1.75 oz is a lot of weight, then yes, it is "much" lighter. The P99 is 25.0 oz. and the SIG 239 28.0 oz.

As far as the G19 being thinner, it is, but not by a great margin on some of the guns listed. The G19 is 1.18 inches, the P99 1.2 inches, the H&K 1.33 inches, and the SIG 1.5 inches. There really isn't all that much difference between them in width except for with the SIG.

Depends on Caliber

Wow. The choices you listed are the best ones are the market now. They all have similar sizes. It all depends on caliber to me.
9mm-Walther P99
40 S&W-HK USP 40C
357 SIG-Sig P229
 
I dont think weight and size matters to me because i have been carrying 1911's & cz75's for a long time. and i prefere the 9mm as my carry gun.
