I am having some problems with my Glock 19. I am getting about 5 Fail to extracts per magaizine. I have cleaned and recleaned and still getting the failures.

I took my 19 and my 22 apart and the only difference I can find is that the 19 doesnt have the spring loaded bearing in the end of the extractor depressor plunger spring that goes in the extractor depressor plunger

My question does the 19 have this little plastic bearing. Maybe I lost it in a prior cleaning?

I attached a photo of the G19 and G22 .

You'll need to replace it and you'll need to know whether you have an LCI (Loaded Chamber Indicator) or non-LCI extractor in order to get the right one.

thanks for the quick responses guys, would this be the casue of my Fail to Extracts. I sure hope so..

I have a newer G19 3rd gen. I beleive I have the chamber "loaded" indicator extractor.

If the external surface of the extractor on the right side of the slide is flat then it's a non-LCI model. If it has a square bump at the forward end then it's an LCI model.

Dunno that there's a big difference in where you order it from. OMB Express has always worked well for me but there are others that are good too.
