Glock 17 with lands and grooves?

Just bought a used G17 Gen3. I thought all Glocks had the polygonal, or hexagonal rifling. This one has Trijacon night sights, and obvious lands and grooves rifling. The barrel is marked with the Glock logo, and a serial number matching the frame.
Did they make some with land and groove rifling?

Depends on what you're calling lands & grooves.
Glock factory rifling has, essentially, lands & grooves in appearance, just well-rounded "lands".

All Glocks have polygonal rifling. Either hexagonal or octagonal depending on the caliber.

Looking at the inside of the bore can be a little confusing because the appearance will be of a fairly typical rifled bore that has very rounded lands. If one looks just at the muzzle where the rifling meets the crown, or at a fired bullet gives a more accurate picture of the actual rifling profile.

The picture below is of the muzzle of a Glock 17 barrel.

My dentist made me quit that. :D

I pulled the one in the picture out of the sand berm at my local gun range after a shooting session.
