Glock 17 used prices?

As a poor college student who wants a full size reliable 9mm handgun I figured that either this or the 92FS is the ticket. I am looking to pick one up privately (no paperwork) and get it used. What is a fair price for a used Glock 17 in good condition in Indiana? Anybody have one here?

I got my G17 not to long ago. 2nd gen, nib for $450. Still had the packing grease from Glock

On GunsAmerica, new Glock 17's are selling from $450 to $550 and up. Used are going for $400 to $450 with some in the $300's (older models with obvious wear, etc).

Add triple digits for factory hi-cap magazines, if that's important to you.

Lately I've seen more than a few pre-ban Glock 17s with low cap magazines for $400. Want the hi-caps that came with it? Add another $200. Of course, I'm not sure if they actually sell that way. It wouldn't surprise me, though.

Used G17's are not that much cheaper than new ones. Personally I would recommend a new G19. Much more versatile, and a used G19 or 17 would only be aboutt 50 bucks less.

B&H Gunrack has them new for $435+$10 shipping. Search Gunsamerica if interested. I had no problem with them.

"No paper work" is overated to me although less hassel is certainly worth something

Picked up a factory refurbished G19 with Trijicons on it for $425. Have seen G17's that looked like hell that came with both original capacity mags for $399.
