NEW YORK (AP) -- A man wearing a black Ninja warrior costume and swinging a sword in Central Park hit a passer-by in the head with a blow dart, police said.
The victim was treated at a hospital Sunday night and released.
Michael Tucker, 39, of Salem, Ore., was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Tucker was found in the Ramble, a woodsy area of Central Park, with a 26-inch sword, a dartgun, and two 6-inch knives and a 7-inch knife strapped to his legs.
