I always put a good used Weaver K4 on my Minis. Worked just fine. 1.5 to 2 MOA; reliable; adequate magnification for a 200-yard gun.

Sorry, forgot to give you a recommendation. I'm with Art. A good quality fixed power 4X is probably adequate. Weaver, Leupold, or Burris would all be fine. I'm partial to Leupold due to the warranty, but the others are fine as well. Should be able to pick up a second hand Leupold M8 4X anywhere between $125 and $175 depending on condition of finish.
