Give a Thumbs Up To Online Manufacturers and Retailers That Deserve It

I've done online shopping for a while now.
People are quick to start a negative thread when something is wrong, but usually kudos come as a secondary part of other threads.

I'm throwing out that:
Primary Arms
Aero Precision
Anderson MFG
... These guys have great prices and the components ordered have been of good quality. The shipping speeds were faster than advertised.

Palmetto State Armory... Excels in their premium products and pricing... Brutally slow shipping, but they honestly let you know in advance...

Any others that you have positive experiences with, please share...
These companies deserve it when they do it right.

Off the top of my head one company that I've dealt with twice now that I feel did better than advertised is Butch's Reloading. Fast service/shipping and good price on the items I wanted.

White Oak Armament has always, repeatedly, done right by me.

Whatever lead time they list on their website, over the years whenever I've ordered an AR "Service Rifle" barrel it arrived much sooner than promised. Quality is always excellent.

When I finally broke down and ordered a Match Rifle upper, it came much faster than promised and shoots so well... everything about it is *quality*.

I had an order get held up at Brownells because of an internal issue with their system. When I called to check they were very apologetic, shipped the order next day at no additional charge and threw in a hat. Obviously anyone can make a mistake, but it was nice to see someone take ownership and make things right.

Also, while not necessarily thought of as a firearms related retailer Amazon carries a lot of accessories and cleaning supplies with excellent pricing and delivery.

I've had great experiences with PSA. The shipping was even fast which surprised me after what I had read about them. If I remember correctly I ordered on a Friday and my gun came in on a Monday.

Woodbury Outfitters is another one I would highly recommend. I have bought 5 or 6 guns from them now and the shipping was always fast and the people I talked to were always very nice and very friendly. They sometimes have some really great deals as well.

I will second the PSA, got my pistol the day after next in the early afternoon, pretty amazing.

for AR stuff, I have used MASdefense many times and have always been happy, KAK is a great place for buffer tubes and such

how about that Cheaper Than Dirt! when everybody else was out of .22lr ammo, they had it (for 5 times the normal costs) but they had it.

Inline Fabrication (http://inlinefabrication.com/) (reloading press accessories)

Graf & Sons (excellent service and good inventory)

Gamaliel (same as Graf)

Xtreme Bullets (great bullets)

CAC Associates - fast shipping and inventory)

TX Shooter's Optical (Tom has great service on Shooting glasses)

RCBS (NO better customer service support)

Brownell's (great selection and fast shipping)

Academy - great online specials with free shipping deals)

Cabela's (Some may gripe, but I have gotten great online buys and shipping)

I know people will always bash "cheaper than dirt", but they had my 9mm mag block and magazines for almost half the cost of everyone else, and had them on my step in two days.......with 4$ SHIPPING!!!

I'll order from these folks again.

Greg cote llc
44mag.com

That price gouging is reason enough to put them on my S&#% list. If you search other threads for them you'll find more reasons. They are definitely NOT a retailer that belongs on any Thumbs Up list.

gotta give props to wally and academy for not raising the prices

but.......I thought this was a thumbs up for online retailer thread, let's not get off to a bashing thread.

any reloader should be visiting grafs.com when ordering bullets, they are worth a visit, if not only for the fixed shipping rate

I'll second Grafs. Their prices might not always be the best but I haven't seen them gouging. Their big plus is that when all the shippers started raising their rates, Grafs held firm with charging only their reasonable handling fee. As long as your order is big enough to spread that fee among the entire order, it is quite negligible.
