The wonderful idea to write a cover story about our special prisoner #063 is by far the most interesting one sided thing I have ever read and heard. Time has made it up to the plate to bat clean up for it's sister rag Newsweek... Well, as far as I am concerned they both stuck out on pitch number one and then pitch number 2.
If you like him or not, Rush has spent 2 days on bringing this story to focus. I will be honest and tell you Rush is a big head and thinks about 110% of himself as a God to the Golden Mike or whatever he calls it. However, Rush is a person that sounds like he is speaking what I would if I were in his over sized ego body. He responds to the story of Time and why it were so important to take aid and side with an enemy of the United States of America. His points were basic enough for me to repost here in case you missed it or just plan can't stand to listen to him. These are in no means actual words but this is the meat and taters of his 2 days of his show...
The poor #063 was given food and water beyond the limits set by the Geneva Convention. He was forced to listen to music that sometimes was pumped into his cell 20 hours a day, forced to drink water so his body wouldn't shut down, when he became ill he was given IV's to help him recover, he was given at least 5 times to pray a day, an arrow was painted on the floor so he would know the right direction to the holy place, the food he was offered was equal and often better than the US military that detained him, and on and on..... It is very obvious that the certain persons in political positions that are trying to shut this very important facility down have a lot of goals and reasons to do so. It is looking like the left side of politics in this nation don't want the U.S. to win the war and will try to do anything to upset the progress we are making.... It is obvious many that remember the template to win a war can be studied from 1941-1945 and the years of occupation and rebuild too. I think the left had better do some police working in that party or they will see numbers continue to decline and tell them enough is enough. If you don't and refuse to support the troops that make life here a whole lot safer by serving over there.....then something is missing in your thought process.... It seemed for a short time after 9-11 all sides worked together on a common goal........ Beat the S.O.B.'s that attacked our citizens and make them pay and understand it will not go without fair and just reaction and for those who commit these acts, shall be hunted down and killed or captured............ The left would like to send them all home because to someones watch it's been long enough.........I could rant on and on but what my real message to them is........ Get on the page with us for a win or take your sorry feeling a** back to the dugout and wait for your next try at the game........that is about 3 and a half years.........
