Well, free in terms of cost of gun. The California and Federal requirements are adding almost $100.
Actually I am looking for a list of "real" prices in California to get an estimate of the value of the Model 66.
This is my second low cost revolver resulting from the S&W sponsership of the International Revolver Championship. The first was a PC 627 V-comp won with $20 worth of raffle tickets. Now my personal shooting horizons are expanding as the collection runs K, L and N with 4", 6" and 5" respectively. And, of course, the obligatory Ruger MKII 5.5" bull barrel.
