George Gilmans: EDGE #49-????

This does have to do with guns, so PLEASE don't delete it.

My dad started reading a series of books in the 70-80's about a guy called "Edge" It was written by George G. Gilman, and published by Pinnacle Books.
He like the series sooo much that he kept the books, and I read them a couple years ago. We have all the books up to #48, and we don't know how many more there are, if any. The story didn't end, but the guy may have quite writting them.
After the 48th, he never saw any new books come out, it was a progressing story, starting when Edge was young and going till he was old.

This guy was a vet of the civil war, a cowhand, a indian fighter, and a gun-fighter. His books were filled with violence, and justice, and were great. The same author wrote a few different series including "Steel" (also a war vet, but a rebel, whereas Edge was a yank) which was about the same, and they even crossed paths and fought together in a couple of books (together, not against, anybody who fought against either one of these guys was as good as dead, and I'm thoroughly convinced that if they did fight, they would both drop dead at the excact same time :D)
If anybody has copies of books #49 or on, or has even read them, or knows how many there were, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know. I'd be willing to pay for them, or even "RENT" them if I could read them, I read the series for about 6 months, and wanna know what happens to this ol' traveler. Even if they close the thread (PLEASE DON'T, He's a GUNFIGHTER) You can e-mail me at: Mellamobobo@hotmail.com

The last book #48 was "Edge:School for Slaughter" It cam out in Feb. of '85. In the back of the book it says "watch for REVENGE RIDE, Coming in May" So that must be the name of the 49th book. Please respond.
