Gather Up a Posse

A strong showing from the cap & ball crowd! Cool.

Mine is a stock stainless New Vaquero. I'm looking to put some nicer grips on it. I'm thinking about stag ones. Nice balance of texture and style.

I'd love to see some more leverguns and coachguns. Pistols are always welcome too.

The top gun in my group, the Savage & North, is actually lever action. The ring under the trigger cocks the hammer and rotates the cylinder.

I only own 2 guns that I would really consider "Cowboy" guns.

1849 Uberti Pocket (.31)

1892 Cimarron "ElDorado" (.38/.357)

In the pic of the doubles the second from top is an Elsie made in 1909. It has a homemade forearm in that pic. I have since found an original splinter forearm that looks much better. Now if I could just find an original stock reasonably priced(cheap:D).

Lookin' good fellas!

Quick question. Does anyone make a (SASS legal) lever rifle with a more "pistol-style" gripped stock like you see on some Marlin 1895's or stoeger Coach Guns, BUT in .38/.357?

I find the straighter "English" stock awkward by comparision.

Great pics! Keep 'em Comin'

 I sure am glad this posse isn't being assembled to hunt me down. Ya'll are struttin your stuff!!

Pohill, it is gorgeous, I can't keep my eyes off of it.
