Garrison Grip Trigger Stop- Is this as bad as I think it is...

Ok, I've eyeballed these things dozens of times on my eBay feed, and I just have to see if anyone else has seen them.

The premise is that it fits behind the trigger of your handgun, and prevents the trigger from being pulled back until you push it out of the way.

In my head, I can see this going wrong 8 ways from Sunday, but might be a helpful little piece when carrying a revolver combined with a Hip Grip/Clip Grip, or even maybe a semi-auto with a pocket clip on it. My biggest concern is that blocking the trigger when you need it is just as bad as unblocking the trigger when you don't.

Any thoughts or experience with these? Don't make me buy one just to find out...

Somebody was marketing a similar device for the Glock line of pistols years ago. I never thought it was a good idea.

But what do i know:rolleyes:
