Garcia .380 pistols

Anybody heard a company called Garcia International Firearms that made Walther PPK look-alike .380 auto pistols back in the 70s? I wanted a source or if anybody owned one and opinions.

AN IMPORTER OF EUROPEAN PISTOLS AND AT ONE TIME SOLD ALL THE BIG NAMES: WALTHER, BERETTA, STAR, ASTRA, ETC ETC...
 
So they just imported handguns but not manufactured them?

I was curious because I know someone selling a Garcia .380 pistol (Walther PPK look-alike) and I'm lured by the price. It seems like a decent gun, hopefully not one of those "Saturday Night Specials"...
