Gallup: Most Have Favorable Opinion of NRA

That's right. Ank anyone (even NRA supporters) who's been watching the news for the past year, and they'd be willing to bet the family farm that a large majority of Americans hate the NRA.

Not so, according to new CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll. 51% have favorable view of NRA, only 39% have unfavorable view.

What do you guys think about this?
 
The key phrase folks:
"Forty-three percent of Americans between the ages of 50 and 64 own a gun, a greater percentage than any other age group. Younger Americans -- those between the ages of 18 and 29 -- are the least likely to own a gun (26%).

Note the generational gap. Get those "children" ;) interested!

Oatka is right. What good does a lifetime of polical actvism do, if we lose the next generation of shooters to the anti-gunners?

We have got to get the younger generation involved with the shooting sports before it is too late. It won't be easy to do either, with the news media and the educational establishment working against us.
