GA 9mm Gold Dot?

I've been using the Speer 124 gr +P 9mm Gold Dot for a while and like it. But finding non-reclassified ones is an occasional hassle. So, I was thinking of trying the Georgia Arms version? Anyone have experience with it? Is it up to speed and quality?

This will be for an HK P7, Glock 17, and a 26.

I like it so far. I bought 200 rounds at the last gunshow to try in a CZ and a HP.

I buy GA ammo regularly at gun shows and this loading is typical high quality GA new ammo. It looks like any other new ammo, except it comes in a bag. 1200 f.p.s. marked on the label and I have no reason to doubt it. It fed in both guns, but then so does everything I've tried.

The next gun show is in two weeks and I'm planning to buy more and continue the testing.

A 50-round bag was $12.50.

ga 124+p

I just recently (10/6) posted chrono results of some georgia arms ammo. The 124+p was a disappointment. It was under 1100 fps, not the 1220 specd. this was out of a sig 225. that said i also chronod 40 cal 180 and found it to be right on the money. In prior chrono results i have seen, it seems to be about 50/50. That is half chronos out at or above what they claim and the other half way below. I remember one test of 40 cal ammo and factory speer beat the georgia arms by quite a bit in both 155 and 180. In my test georgia arms 40 beat the speer .
